Technical Description
A pair of early 19th century glass leech jars dating to c1820. They have overturned rims and snapped pontils.
These personal leech jars would have had a gauze tied around the rim, preventing escape and allowing for air circulation.

Excellent, age-related wear as shown, no chips cracks or restoration.
