Technical Description

A pair of Stuart Crystal wine glass goblets dating to 1953.

 

They were made as commemorative glasses for the Queen Elizabeth II coronation. They have large round funnel bowls engraved with the crown ER and June 1953 with further engraved crowns around the bowl. They have mercury air twist stems above conical feet. Acid etched mark for Stuart England on underside of feet.
