Technical Description
A rare form of 18th-century wine glass dating to c1750. It has a large ogee bowl above a multi spiral air twist stem sitting on a conical foot.
The above may seem very straight forward, however an ogee bowl on a multi spiral air twist stem is very rare and this is the first example we have had in over 3 years. You find multi spirals with drawn trumpets, round funnel and bell but ogee bowl on this stem form is exceptionally rare
Also a good sized glass.
