Technical Description
A stunning mid 19th century glass serving bottle in amethyst. The tapering neck leads to a cylindrical body which has been beautifully engraved with vine leaves.
First engraved amethyst example we have seen in a number of years.

England, c1850. Period of Victoria.
Condition
Excellent, age-related wear as shown. No chips cracks or restoration, clean and clear.
