Technical Description
An elongated round funnel bowl rests upon a diamond facet cut stem supported by a conical type foot. The pontil is rough.
Historical Relevance
Hand-blown around the time Sir William Herschel discovered the planet Uranus. Originally he called it Georgium Sidus (George's Star) in honour of King George III.
