Technical Description
A round funnel bowl engraved with a Jay in flight and a floral sprig. The hexagonal facet cut stem rests upon a conical foot with a snapped pontil.
Historical Relevance
The clear glass and style is indicative of its origin and period. Hand-blown around the time of the 1912 Summer Olympics held in Stockholm, Sweden and the Assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria-Hungary in Sarajevo, ultimately leading to the outbreak of the Great War.
