Technical Description
A 19th-century glass tumbler of a giid size, ideally suited to Whisky. A plain and slightly tapered bowl rests upon a heavy deceptive base with a polished pontil.
Historical Relevance
Hand-blown around the time The Married Women's Property Act 1870 allowed married women to be the legal owners of the money they earned and to inherit property.
