Technical Description
A fine example of a William IV decanter with its original mushroom stopper which is flute cut. Three applied neck rings above slice cut shoulders with a further band of slice cutting to the base. Large polished pontil.
Historical Relevance
Hand-blown around the time the Earl Grey succeeded the Duke of Wellington as Prime Minister in 1830.
