Technical Description 

An early 19th century peacock blue wine glass. It has a round funnel bowl above a plain stem on a conical foot with a polished pontil. Peacock blue is one of the rarer early 19th century colours. 

Historical Relevance 

Hand-blown around the time the Republican Party nominated Abraham Lincoln for president.
