Technical Description 

An 18th century facon de boheme spirit decanter of rectangular form. Shallow printie and flute cutting down the shoulders and flute cut and engraved flowers heads on the front back and sides. A snapped pontil completes the piece. Would originally have had a cork stopper.

Historical Relevance 

Hand-made around the time Blackfriars Bridge across the River Thames in London opened to traffic on the 16th of November 1769.
