Technical Description
An exceptional tall champagne glass from the early 19th century with a long conical bowl above complex knopped stem with two triple annulated knops and two angular knops above a large conical foot which has a poloished pontil.
We have only ever had (or seen) one other example of the glass which was back in 2010.
Historical Relevance
Hand-blown around the time the Dutch East India Company dissolved on the 31st of December 1799.
