Technical Description
A pair of applied annulated neck rings above a slice cut shoulder. The body is decorated with cut arches surrounded by star-cut diamonds. The base is broadly polished. A mushroom stopper decorated with a star-cut top and matching star-cut diamonds.

Hand-blown around the time Thomas Jefferson founded the University of Virginia.
