Technical Description
A pair of engraved Georgian dram glasses. The lipped bucket bowl is engraved with eares of barley. This rests upon a stem featuring a ball and basal knops. The glass stands on a folded conical foot with a rough pontil.
Historical Relevance
Hand-made around the time the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews was founded in Scotland which would eventually control the rules of golf.
