Technical Description
19th century cut glass beer stein with a hinged pewter lid. The lid is engraved M. Haselberger and features a ceramic inlay with an enamelled romantic scene. Cutting decorates the body along with an engraved ½ litre measurement line. The base of the piece is moulded.
Historical Relevance
Hand-blown around the time the Erlenmeyer flask was created by Emil Erlenmeyer in 1860.
