Historical Context
Some interesting historical context, on March 19th 1831, the first ever reported bank robbery in U.S. history took place at the City Bank of New York. In August 1830 the 1st American built locomotive, "Tom Thumb" raced a horse-drawn car from Stockton and Stokes stagecoach company...from Baltimore to Ellicott Mills. Due to mechanical problems, the horse won!
