Technical Description
A fine 18th century engraved wine glass dating to c1760. It has a round funnel bowl with a solid section at the base containing an air tear, the bowl engraved and gilded with flowers. Angular knop stem with long air tear above a high conical folded foot.
Date & Origin
Germany, c1760. Period of George III.
Condition
Excellent, age-related wear as shown. No chips cracks or restoration. Some loss of gilding as shown.
