Technical Description
A large 18th Century facet cut wine goblet dating to 1780. It has a large round funnel bowl engraved in diamond point celebrating the marriage of P.W.& E Eagles Nov 21st 1858. Excellent bridge cutting to the base of the bowl with a fine hexagonal cut stem with a central knop. Conical foot.
The glass was made in c1780 and then selected 80 years later as a suitable celebration goblet for the marriage. A wonderful piece of history with the diamond point being of the highest standard.

Condition
Excellent, age-related wear as shown. No chips cracks or restoration.
