A rare example of a White Milk Glass Mell Decanter dating to c1850. Polished pontil. Mother of Pearl Brandy cork stopper. First toime we have had or seen a white example.

Condition
Excellent, age-related wear as shown. No chips cracks or restoration, clean and clear.

Hand-blown around the time McVitie's was founded as McVitie & Price's biscuit bakery in Edinburgh.
