Technical Description
A 19th century pillar moulded bell decanter. An applied annulated neck ring above a pillar moulded body featuring a polished pontil. The stopper is original and is moulded to match the body.

England, c1840. Period of Victoria.

Excellent, age-related wear as shown.

Historical Context
Hand-blown around the time the USS Monitor, the US Navy's first ironclad warship was launched.
