Technical Description 

A fine Bristol Blue Club decanter with its original lozenge stopper dating to the early 19th century. A gilded HOLLANDS label hung from a gilded neck ring. Polished pontil. 

The gilding on the particular decanters is superb and of a very high quality.

Ex James Hall Collection and the collector's sticker is on the base. 

Date & Origin 

England, c1800. Period of George III.

Condition

Decanter: Excellent, no chips or cracks, clean and clear, with virtually no loss of gilding.

Stopper: is the original, has had some restoration at the top of the peg which is almost impossible to see except with an eyeglass.
