Technical Description 

A fine 18th-century drawn trumpet plain stem wine glass with a central air tear in the stem. Unusually, the glass has a thicj firing foot, something normally reserved for smaller dram or firing glasses. Snapped pontil.

A fine example.

England, c1750. Period of George II.

Condition

Excellent, age-related wear as shown. No chips cracks or restoration.

Historical Relevance
