Technical Description
An 18th-century facet cut gin or port glass. The round funnel bowl with step scallop facet cuts to the base which continues down into the neck changing into slice cuts through a shoulder knop with notch cut slice cuts below. Petal cuts to the top of the conical foot which has a snapped pontil.
A very fine example, the slightly smaller form designating the glass as a gin or a port glass, rather than a wine.
