A Georgian double knop air twist wine glass dating to c1750. It has a bucket bowl above a double knop multi-spiral air twist stem. Conical foot with a snapped pontil.

Excellent, no chips cracks or restoration.

Comments
Buckets bowls are one of the rarer 18th-century bowl forms.

Hand-made around the time the wearing of the kilt was banned in Scotland by the Dress Act in 1746.
