Technical Description 

A very fine 18th-century opaque twist dram glass with an Ogee bowl above a single series opaque twist stem consisting of multiply corkscrew. Thick foot with a snapped pontil.

The single series opaque twists are 1:10 ratio to double series and therefore quite rare. 

What it needs is a good Scottish single malt...just to make it shine.

Historical Relevance

On July 27th 1760, The Scottish School of Design was founded in Edinburgh. It later became the Royal Institution and finally the Royal Scottish Academy.
