Technical Description
A superb pair of early 20th century crystal candlesticks dating to between 1900 and 1920. Slice cut sconce above an inverted baluster stem with basnds of very small and large diamonds. Star cut foot. A fine pair, over 100 years old, which would enhance any special occasion table.
Historical Relevance
In 1920 the Eighteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution passed, creating the era of Prohibition.
