Technical Description
A pair of 19th century glass tumblers. A plain and slightly tapered bowl rests upon a heavy deceptive base. The pontil has been polished.
Historical Relevance
Hand-blown around the time The Married Women's Property Act 1870 allowed married women to be the legal owners of the money they earned and to inherit property.
