Technical Description
An example taller than most Georgian plain stems. A round funnel bowl rests upon an elegant plain stem above a conical and folded foot with a rough pontil.
Historical Relevance
Hand-blown around the time three Royal Navy ships captured the Spanish ship of the line Princesa, off Cape Finisterre. The British then took her into service as HMS Princess during the War of the Austrian Succession.
