The stopper has a chip as shown, the decanter is in excellent condition with no chips cracks or restoration and is clean internally.

Technical Description 

A 19th century cut glass decanter. Original mushroom stopper with a single applied neck ring. Slice cut neck with the words W E FULTON Sunny Tide engraved below which is probably the name of the owner and the saling boat which is engraved opposite. A fine and very personal example.

Historical Relevance 

Hand-blown around the time the Earl Grey succeeded the Duke of Wellington as Prime Minister in 1830.
