Technical Description
An 18th century pedestal stem champagne glass. A rib moulded double ogee bowl rests upon an eight sided pedestal stem. The piece is supported by a rib moulded conical foot with a rough pontil.
Historical Relevance
Hand-blown around the time the British settlement of Halifax, Nova Scotia was founded.
