Technical Description
A pair of 'moonstone pattern' candle holders by Anchor Hocking Glass Co. A fluted socket sits upon a domed body decorated with hobnail moulding and a scalloped base. The piece is made in opalescent glass more pronounced in the raised areas.
Historical Relevance
Handcrafted around the time the cartoon character Elmer Fudd made his debut, in the animated short Elmer's Candid Camera on the 2nd of March 1940.
