Technical Description
An Edwardian petal moulded wine glass. This later Georgian style form features a petal moulded conical bowl upon a plain stem. The piece stands on a conical foot with a polished pontil.
Historical Relevance
Handcrafted around the time Vimto was invented by John Noel Nichols in Manchester. Originally sold as a health tonic under the name Vimtonic, Nichols shortened it to Vimto in 1912.
