Technical Description
A cut and engraved 19th century glass tumbler. A tapered body decorated with a beautiful engraving of a buffalo and short slice cutting. The base is has a plain pontil.
Historical Relevance
Hand-blown around the time Deptford Power Station was commissioned, which would pioneer the use of high voltage alternating current as a means of transmission, generating 800 kW for public supply.
