Technical Description
A Legras Rubis Series glass vase. The body is decorated using the acid etched cut-back technique to give depth. The resulting cherry vine pattern has been polished and enamelled with the Legras signature below using the same method. The form of the vase is known as diabolo.
Historical Relevance
Handcrafted around the beginning of the First World War on the 28th of July 1914.
