Technical Description 

A Loetz chine glass vase. An ovular body is covered entirely with trailed glass and features four dimples. The vase is entirely green or 'crete' and is internally rib moulded. A moulded base completes the piece.

Historical Relevance

Handcrafted around the time Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom died at age 81 in 1901, after more than 63 years on the throne she was the longest reigning monarch of the United Kingdom at that time. She has since been surpassed by her great-great-granddaughter Elizabeth II on the 9th of September 2015.
