Technical Description
18th century facet cut ale glass. An elongated round funnel bowl with facet cuts towards the base transitions into a facet cut stem with a central knop. This all rests upon a conical foot with a rough pontil.
Historical Relevance
Hand-blown around the time Robert Burns wrote his version of the Scots poem Auld Lang Syne in 1788.
