Excellent, age-related wear as shown. The rim was gilt but has been all but worn out.

Engraved 18th century Jacobite sympathy facet cut stem wine glass. An ogee bowl engraved with a closed bud, a rose and a floral sprig, rests upon a hexagonal facet cut stem. The foot is conical with a rough pontil.
Hand-blown around the time of the outbreak of The Fourth Anglo-Dutch War 1780–1784.
