Technical Description
A gilded 18th century Hessen glass goblet. The ogee bowl features a gilt rim and an air beaded solid section at the base. A large hollow inverted baluster knop joins the bowl with a domed and folded foot.
Historical Relevance
Hand-blown around the time of the War of the Austrian Succession from 1740–1748.
