Technical Description
A hand painted Minton botanical dessert service consisting of 14 peices. Each piece is decorated with a hand painted floral sprig surrounded by an ornate gold and blue border. Each piece is marked Minton and is date marked for 1880.
Historical Relevance
Hand-blown around the time of the Battle of Rorke’s Drift on the 22nd and 23rd of January 1879.
