Technical Description
A studio art glass perfume bottle by Michael J. Hunter. Handmade blown glass, the organic form is hot-worked from mottled amber glass with silver leaf and transparent murrine inclusions otherwise known as the millefiori style. A clear glass stopper sits neatly within the slender neck. The base is signed ‘M Hunter Twists 04’.
The mottled murrine pattern is particularly complex to execute, outwith commissions, this piece is the last example from the studio’s range.

Produced in 2004, period of Elizabeth II. Twists Glass Studio, Selkirk, Scotland.
Condition
Excellent, specially selected from the hot glass studio, as new.
