Technical Description
An engraved 18th century air twist glass goblet. The large ogee bowl is engraved with a moth and fruiting vine. This rests upon a multi-spiral air twist stem which is all supported by a conical foot with a rough pontil.
Historical Relevance
Hand-made around the time The Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, was established to train officers of the Royal Artillery and Royal Engineers.
