Technical Description
A rare twin handled 18th century jelly glass. The bell bowl features two applied handles with pinched lower terminals. The piece is supported by a conical foot with a rough pontil.
Historical Relevance
Hand-made around the time Blackfriars Bridge across the River Thames in London opened to traffic on the 16th of November 1769.
