Technical Description
A magnificent 18th century Rodney glass Decanter dating to c1780.
It has a lozenge stopper with diamonds on one side, similar to a waffle stopper. Hexagonal poring rim with two further hexagonal cut applied neck rings. Beautiful slice and vesica cutting down the shoulders with a further band of cuts around the base. Large polished pontil.

Excellent, no chips or cracks, the poring rim has been cut and polished to match the rings below, possible replacement fitted stopper, very minor residue at the base of the decanter.
