Technical Description
An Edwardian glass gill spirit measure. A tapering neck with an engraved measurement line. The body is stamped ‘Gill’ over a crown, ER and 3. This dates the piece to between 1901 and 1910. A polished base completes the piece.
Historical Relevance
Hand-blown around the time the British Red Cross Society was formally inaugurated.
