Technical Description
A fine and unusual example of a Victorian Desk Inkwell Stand dating to c1880.
Made of Oak, it has a double pen stand for holding two pens and is silver plated with vine and geometric designs. The stand has its two original glass inkwells which have been slice cut with silver plated caps on hinges. In the middle is a further silver plate with the initials AW and further vines. Sits on four small metal ball feet.
An unusual example in exceptionally good condition.

Excellent, No major dings. No scratches to the wood, the glass is in excellent condition and the wells are clean and clear.
