Technical Description
A pair of Victorian glass tankards probably made in Scotland in around 1880.
Amber in colour with large dimples with applied twisted blue handles and polished pontils.
Based on the research and published works of Jill Turnbull (Scottish Glass Historian), we know that this colour combination was made at the Hollyrood glass works in Edinburgh and that it also comes in blue with amber handles.

Condition
One is perfect and one has a small stress crack at the join of the handle. Perfectly stable and usable.
