Technical Description
A George III opaque twist wine glass with a round funnel bowl.
It has a double series opaque twist stem consisting of a pair of spiral tapes outside a pair of spiral threads. The glass also has a spiral air column which runs 90% of the way down the stem but starts approx 1.5cm from the base of the bowl, which could point to the inclusion being an accident and thus we havent classified this glass as a mixed twist. A fine accident indeed and a fine glass.
