Technical Description
A fine 18th-century ale glass dating to c1760.
It has a rib moulded round funnel bowl engraved with hop and barley above an annulated knop stem and conical foldedf foot.

Condition
Excellent, age-related wear as shown. No chips cracks or restoration.

Height: 13.3cm Rim diameter: 6.5cm, Foot diameter: 7.2cm.

This glass comes from the Michael Wallis collection which took over 45 years to build and contains over 250 drinking glasses, covering all forms from the 18th century, many exceptionally rare. They will all be presented by Exhibit over the coming weeks and months.
