Technical Description
A very fine 19th-century rummer glass. A large bucket bowl with blaze cutting above a band of diamonds within prisms and a band of slice cuts to the base. Rests upon an angular knop stem with a conical foot which has a snapped pontil.
Date & Origin
Ireland or England, c1820. Period of George IV.
Condition
Excellent, age-related wear as shown. No chips cacks or restoration

Hand-blown around the time Spain sold part of Florida to the US for $5 million on the 20th of October 1820.
