Technical Description
A fine large Georgian Regency Broad Base Taper glass decanter dating to c1820.
It has its original hollow mushroom stopper with a band of strawberry cuts. Three annulated neck rings above prism cut shoulders and oval strawberry cut cartouches sperated by prism and diamond cut wings. Star cut base.
Almost certainly Irish Waterford and one of the best cut decanters we have had from this period.

Anglo Irish, c1820. Period of George IV.
Condition
Age-related wear as shown. Some grazing to a few of the prism cuts and the end of the stopper peg has some nibbles.
