Technical Description 

A 19th century glass serving bottle in Amethyst dating to c1890.

It has a silver plated cork stopper and was probably used for spirits rather than wine.

Date & Origin 

England, c1870. Period of Victoria.

Condition

Excellent, age-related wear as shown. No chips cracks or restoration, clean and clear.

Historical Relevance
